Prayer Warrior

Battles are fought and won on our knees. Through prayer, the door to Heaven’s Throne Room opens and a supernatural, all-powerful response is elicited from The Lord of Hosts. Thus, we gain access to the spiritual realm and power over our enemy and his strongholds.

Pray as a confident warrior, suited up in all your spiritual armor! Engage the enemy with all the authority God has assigned to you through Jesus! Align your thoughts, will, and emotions with The One who created all things seen and unseen. Pray without ceasing and remain steadfast in faith and Truth. Remain patient as The Lord works on your behalf - He has already blessed and protected you in ways you cannot fathom. Draw upon His power and strength! Praise Him and claim the victory in The Name of Jesus! .

Brethren, we are called to walk victoriously as confident conquerors in Christ! Stay vigilant, watchful, and close to The Lord. Although we may be subject to attacks, the war is won, and the power of the enemy has already been demolished through the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Hallelujah!

1 Thessalonians 5:17

Because He has inclined His ear to me,

Therefore I will call upon Him as long as I live.

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,

1 John 5:14

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

Mark 11:24

Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Psalm 145:18

The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,

To all who call upon Him in truth.

1 John 4:4

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

You must not fear them, for the Lord your God Himself fights for you.

John 16:33

Hope for Anxiety

It's amazing how one, simple verse, rings so true in many of our lives. Anxiety isn't something that we're meant to carry. If we're burdened by it, it's a red flag that there is a deeper issue going on in our hearts... an issue deeper than our situation.

We all have anxiety to some extent, and it's nothing to be ashamed of, but the difference between each of us is how we have been taught to handle that anxiety.

Some of us act, and react, out of what our experiences have taught us to do, and the rest of us, out of what God tells us to do.

God is freedom. Jesus is freedom! He is THE designer of our hearts and he knows how to deliver each of them from anxiety. God's way takes us higher, our way takes us lower.

If you're feeling the burden of anxiety, or are even in depression from living with anxiety, there is hope. God is a "good word" and He can make you glad again... it's just going to take your surrender.

Announce to God that this world hasn't given you any relief, and that, you are ready to try it His way. Then, hold out your hands and allow him to take your fear and anxiousness upon Himself, exchanging your burdens, for His love.

God is "a good word." Grab a Bible, and start to receive.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28 (NIV)

In Heavenly Hands

Let us invite God into all aspects of our lives, not withholding anything from His Heavenly Hands.

Let us make Him the top priority...more of Him, less of us and all else.

For, it is in this type of transparency, surrender, commitment and partnership that He can restore and refine our whole heart...fill us with the full measure of His love and anointing of The Holy Spirit...complete His authentic and abundant plan in every facet of our lives...as we are honed, sanctified and refined for His purpose.

May His will be done, His Kingdom come...and all glory, honor and praise to our Abba God Almighty forevermore!

Psalm 40:5

Many, LORD my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us. None can compare with you; were I to speak and tell of your deeds, they would be too many to declare.

Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here.

1 Corinthians 1:8

He will sustain you to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 8:19

The creation waits in eager expectation for the revelation of the sons of God.

Give Your Hurts to God

Often people who are experiencing emotional pain have difficulty expressing their feelings in a healthy way. A common cause is buried feelings due to loss or past hurts.

Ignored or denied feelings won’t go away. They are buried alive, deep inside your soul, where they fester and create an infection that produces poison in your body.

As long as emotional pain continues to be suppressed and undealt with the symptoms will only get worse such as relationship conflict, unhealthy behaviors, depression, addictions, and all sorts of other coping mechanisms that wound the heart and separate us from self, others and God. That’s why it’s so vitality important to face your feelings.

Bring your heartache and hurts, your anxiety, your fear, and frustration to Jesus. Pour out your heart to Him and receive His comfort. He alone understands the depth of your hurt and pain. His word assures us in Isaiah that He was a man of sorrows acquainted with our grief. Hold on to the assurance found in His Holy Word…

. “We do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are – yet without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. “

Hebrews 4:15-16.

Call to Me

No matter where you are today in your life, take a moment to reflect on what God has done for you...

Take time to meditate on the complexity of God's Perfection in His Divine Plan and how He lovingly and deliberately included you in His purpose...

That long ago before the heavens and earth were created, He formed you in His mind and intricately planned your identity and eternal inheritance.

No matter what your circumstances are today...thank Him for what He has carefully constructed, revealed, and promised to you...the greatest Gift ever unwrapped...The Mystery of Jesus Christ. .

Galatians 3:26

For you are all sons of God through faith in Jesus Christ. .

John 1:12

But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God--

Galatians 3:28

There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Galatians 4:5

to redeem those under the Law, that we might receive our adoption as sons.

Colossians 1:27

To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

1 Peter 1:3

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Hebrews 6:19

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and steadfast. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain,

Romans 5:5

And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.

Free Indeed!

God created us as free-moral-agents. We are free to choose eternal life or death...free to choose Fruits of The Spirit or the "forbidden fruit" we may be confronted with each day...free to choose Him.

Praise God that when we exercise our free will and choose Christ (the authentic path designed for us long ago), we experience the HIGHEST FORM OF FREEDOM!

.In His love for us, Abba God not only gives us freedom of choice, but also offers a plan when we get derailed! He stretches out His arms from afar and promises forgiveness, mercy, grace, redemption, and restoration. What perfect, unblemished, unfailing love our Faithful Father offers to us...

John 8:32

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

2 Corinthians 3:17

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom

Romans 8:2

For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life has set you free from the law of sin and death.

Hebrews 4:16

Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Luke 15:20-24

So he got up and went to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him. The son said to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.” But the father said to his servants, “Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.” So they began to celebrate.

Forgive One Another

God cares about our relationships and wants us to be right with one another. Too often close relationships are torn apart due to hurts, misunderstandings, offenses, pride, unresolved issues, and emotions can run deep, cut at the heart filling us with bitterness, anger, and unforgiveness. And usually, it’s the relationships we treasure the most that breakdown and cause the deepest pain.

Rather than confront the issues, it may seem easier to avoid, blame others and feel justified holding on to our hurts and anger.

Yet God calls us higher. His word says that as much as depends on us to live at peace with all people (Romans 12:18).

We need to forgive those who have wounded us and ask for forgiveness when we have wounded others. We will never be free unless we learn how to forgive and release our offenders at the foot of the cross. We need only take ownership of our wrong doings and leave the rest at God’s feet endeavoring always to extend grace and leave the door open for reconciliation whenever possible.

Are you struggling with forgiveness?

Sometimes all it takes is to go to Jesus with a sincere heart and ask Him to give you a willingness to forgive, make amends and pursue peace.

There is nothing God can’t do with a willing and surrendered heart.

Exchange

Lord, I worship You. You are my Lord and King, my precious Redeemer. There is no other God like You, entirely full of goodness, grace, and mercy. -

You heal us when we are brokenhearted and bandage our wounds. You build us up when we are weak in our soul. You are great and powerful  O Lord, and You understand all things, even what is in my heart.

Thank you that I don't have to live with sadness hurt or depression. Thank you that you have put gladness in my heart. This day I put on the Garment of Praise in exchange for the spirit of heaviness, and I glorify you as Lord of all.

“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,  to proclaim freedom for the captives  and release from darkness for the prisoners, to comfort all who mourn,  and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise  instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor. “ Isaiah 61:1-3

“I waited patiently for the Lord, And He inclined to me, And heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth—Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear, And will trust in the Lord.” Psalm 40:1-3

“Do you not know?  Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary,  and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:28-31

“To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”

John 16:33

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

Revelation 3:5

“He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.”

Faithful to Complete

 .

Father God,

I pray that today and every day we will be more fully persuaded and have a renewed confidence in this truth: You are a God who completes!

Lord, You lack nothing and we know that You do not not abandon ANY work You have ordained. For, You are The All Sufficient One and You are only capable of complete perfection!

Father, thank You for beginning the work of Grace within us and for comforting us with Your Truth. You alone will see through to completion Your work in us...according to Your Will...in order to accomplish Your Perfect Plan!

Thank You, Lord, that Your Promises include for us an everlasting life. We humbly praise and thank You for the atoning sacrifice and resurrection of Jesus, so that we may dwell with You for eternity.

Father, we pray for strength of endurance as we set our eyes on Your Kingdom and we give You all the Glory!

In the name of our holy and righteous Savior, Jesus Christ,

Amen!

All Things Through Christ

Father God,

I pray that today and every day we will become more aware of who You Are...Your Grace, Sovereignty, Power, Protection, Eternal Love and Mighty Mercy...may we learn to not place limits on You and what You alone can do in us and through us in order to accomplish Your Perfect Plan.

I pray that in those moments when we are at our weakest, we will have a willing heart to receive all that You are; partner with You, and walk in Your Peace and Strength.

Remind us, Lord, of who we are in You...that we are already overcomers through the Blood of Christ...and may we become more aware every day of who we are in our true, authentic identity in You.

I praise You and thank You, Father God, for all that You Are today and every day and for Your Precious Promises and our adoption into Your Kingdom.

In Jesus Christ's Holy and Righteous Name...Amen!

Living In Peace

.LORD God,

I pray that today and every day Your peace will rule my heart... I ask Your forgiveness for the things I have allowed to steal my peace - envy, guilt, self-centeredness, pride, bitterness, fear, and doubt. I choose to unite with You, to put away these things, and replace them with Your Fruits of The Spirit... Father, I surrender my mind, will, emotion, and conduct to You, and pray that The Prince of Peace will reign supremely in my heart. In The Name of Jesus, I ask for deliverance and strength to resist the enemy in his desire to wreak havoc on my emotions and thought life. I pray for discernment of Your Will and Truth, and I invite You in to purify my heart and sustain me as I keep my thoughts captive in Christ...

When I feel violated, I will forgive;

When I feel envious, I will edify and bless;

When I feel bitter or resentful, I will extend love and grace;

When I feel the need to vindicate, I will show mercy;

When I am afraid, I will be faithful and trust in You;

When I am skeptical, I will cling to Your Truth;

When I feel prideful, self-centered, or a need to control, I will surrender to Your Will;

When I feel guilt or shame, I will seek Your forgiveness and remember there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.

I thank You and praise You, Father, for the comfort of Your promises and Your gift of eternal peace. I pray that today and every day I will walk in the peace I am called to and honor You in my thoughts and actions.
.

In The Name of Jesus, my precious and beautiful Savior, I pray these things,
Amen!

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Colossians 3:15
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.

Romans 14:19
Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification.

Psalm 51:10
Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Walk In Love

As humans in a fallen world, it is inevitable that we will all face some form of rejection, abandonment, temptation and persecution in our lives.

But, we can take heart that God took human form as Jesus Christ and was also rejected, abandoned and persecuted. He suffered in ways far beyond what any of us will ever face or can possibly comprehend. He completely knows and understands our pain and suffering. After all, the burden of sin...OF ALL MANKIND...rested on our unblemished Christ Jesus...alone.

Yet, He loved and sacrificed...He showed mercy, grace, forgiveness and compassion, regardless of the tumultuous circumstances He faced.

To put on the attitude of Christ is to respond in love to those who persecute and spitefully use us...to forgive and pray for them, in spite of the struggle.

A Godly response...one rooted in His Truth and Grace casts Light into the darkness...soothes the sting...removes the strongholds...binds up our wounds...and heals us with His Truth and Eternal Love.

Ephesians 5:1-2
Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.

Luke 23:34
Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.

Matthew 5:44
But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.

John 13:34
A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so also you must love one another.

Romans 12:14
Bless those who persecute you. Bless and do not curse.

Acts 7:60
Falling on his knees, he cried out in a loud voice, "Lord, do not hold this sin against them." And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

Upward Calling

May The Lord ordain, anoint and prepare our steps as we press toward a new world.

May He bless us with a fierce faith; strengthening and sustaining our hearts, as we fight the good fight and run our race with endurance.

And may we always be filled with Heavenly hope in our high calling, with our eyes fixed on the prize of Eternity with Jesus.

1 Corinthians 9:24
Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way as to take the prize.

2 Timothy 1:9
He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not because of our own works, but by His own purpose and by the grace He granted us in Christ Jesus before time eternal.

Hebrews 3:1
Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, set your minds on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess.

2 Timothy 2:10
For this reason I endure all things for the sake of the elect, so that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.

1 Peter 5:10
And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore you, secure you, strengthen you, and establish you.

2 Timothy 4:7
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

1 Corinthians 9:23
I do all this for the sake of the gospel, so that I may share in its
